Following a 21-year career working for sports and entertainment properties, I’ve built a sponsorship firm that focuses on characteristics that mirror my core values - authenticity, collaboration, integrity and putting people first. I hope these pages give you a glimpse into my professional and personal backgrounds.
Professional
I’m a sales and marketing veteran with a track record of building long-term partnerships. During my career I’ve personally contracted more than $100 million in revenue while supervising a variety of sales teams to reach, and exceed, sales goals.
I led the negotiations on the largest AAV sponsorship in Pittsburgh Pirates' history and am also responsible for the naming rights deal for LECOM Park, formally McKechnie Field.
In 2014 I was recognized as a Pittsburgh Business Times Fast Tracker and am a graduate of Leadership Pittsburgh XXXI and Leadership Tampa '10.
Personal
I’m a native of Northeast Ohio and love all things Cleveland. It was a wonderful place to grow up and the region’s hard working, no-nonsense attitude is something that was instilled in me at a young age.
Coaching youth baseball has been my second job since 2009 and I’ve run dozens of distance races, including a pair of marathons.
Whiskey is my cocktail of choice and music is my addiction. I’ve attended more than 125 concerts and my favorite shows include Pearl Jam, Beastie Boys/Tribe Called Quest, U2 and The Black Keys. I even snuck into a Led Zeppelin concert at Gund Arena in 1998…
Relationships
Though I’m proud of my professional accomplishments, they pale in comparison to the joy I take in being a good father, husband, son, friend, business partner, coach and mentor. Relationships are my priority and I love helping people find success.
I’m a 1999 graduate of Ohio University where I served as the music director for WOUB's alternative music program, "The Nightshift". More importantly, I met my beautiful wife during my sophomore year. Now, after 23 years of marriage, we have an amazing family that includes our three talented sons and a rambunctious dog.
